About Bishop Jim Lowe
James L. (Jim) Lowe, Jr. was called in 1988 to pastor The Guiding Light Church in Birmingham, Alabama, a newly organized, 15-member congregation. Lowe began working his God-given vision "to build and maintain an army of saints that will inflict severe and heavy casualties on the enemy of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ," and today the steadily growing congregation exceeds 3,500. A powerfully anointed Bible teacher and visionary pastor, he was ordained Bishop in 2003 by the International Communion of Charismatic Churches.
About Minister Pat
Pat Bruce Lowe is a native of Holly Springs, MS. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and became active in the United Methodist Church on the local, district, and conference level in her teens. As President of the youth organization for the Northern ½ of Mississippi United Methodist for 2 years, she attended and presided over many meetings, training seminars, and retreats all over the country. At one of those retreats, God told her she would marry a Pastor and work in Ministry.
Sister Pat is an ordained Minister, Sunday School teacher, heads up the women's ministry, couple's ministry and drama ministry, and works on several other committees along side her husband. She has written two books, "You Go Girl," and "Lord Teach Us To Pray," and several movies including, "Games People Play", and "The Tale of Two Men." She is also the host of a TV talk show, ASK.
