The following core values are the beliefs, convictions, standards that remain constant and keep our ministry on course. They are the criteria that we use to evaluate everything we do. · We Value GOD'S WORD "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16-17) · We Value PRAYER Prayer is the opportunity to hear God's direction to achieve our divine potential. "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints". Ephesians 6:18 · We Value Living a HOLY LIFE "If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God." Heb 10:26-28. · We Value Everyone Achieving Their DIVINE POTENTIAL God created us for success and to excel in all things. "God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Gen 1:28 · We Value EVANGELISM Winning souls through home missions and foreign missions is the heart beat of God. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Matthew 28:19-20 · We Value CARING One for Another Providing God's unconditional love and care for all people regardless of economic, age or race is fulfilling the Great Commandment. "By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13:35 "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love." Eph. 4:2-3 · We Value UNITY Being in one accord and working in the spirit of harmony is a powerful weapon to defeat the enemy. "All the believers were in one heart and one mind." Romans 12:16 · We Value EMPOWERING OF THE LAITY Mobilizing the incredible talents and abilities of the laity into the harvest field is vital to a healthy, vibrant Great Commission church. "It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up." Ephesians 4:11-12 · We Value FINANCIAL Empowerment "My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me." But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your forefathers, as it is today." Jer. 3:8 Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. "If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." The study and application of the Word gives supernatural knowledge and wisdom how to overcome any circumstance we face.
God demands His people to live a higher moral standard of holiness and purity.
It's important to educate God's people to be generous and obedient givers…to live debt free …and to fund God's work for His glory and honor.
Everything we do for God must be done in a spirit of excellence.
Developing Godly leaders to lead in every area of life and use their positive influence to impact our families…church…community for God.
Working together with other organizations to make a difference in people's lives is important for being an effective and efficient ministry.
