Exercise at the LIGHT!
High Steppers Ministry invites seniors aged 60 and older to "Exercise at the LIGHT!" This weekly health and fitness program is open to both men and women every Thursday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM in the upstairs GLC Gym.
