Exercise at the LIGHT!
High Steppers Ministry invites seniors aged 60 and older to "Exercise at the LIGHT!" This weekly health and fitness program is open to both men and women every Thursday from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM in the upstairs GLC Gym. S.W.A.T. CLASS
S.W.A.T. (Spiritual Warefare and Tactics) Class will give you a greater awareness of, and sensitivity to the battle we are engaged in with the enemy of our souls. Every day satan is waging war against you. However, you can win. S.W.A.T. Class will instruct you on how to use the spiritual resources our great God has given us to defeat satan.
